Hiring a Construction Quantity Surveyor

Ongoing Projects (Project which you may transfer to) :

  • NAIKTARAF DAN PEMBAIKAN EMPANGAN BERISIKO TINGGI DI NEGERI SELANGOR (Upgrade and Repair Hi-Risk Reservoir located at Selangor)
  • PROJEK PEMBINAAN STESEN PEMINDAHAN SISA PEPEJAL DI PEKAN NENAS, PONTIAN, JOHOR (Construct a Refuse Transfer Station located at Pekan Nenas, Pontian, Johor)
  • PROJEK BANGUNAN KLINIK KESIHATAN JENIS 2 (KK2) 4 TINGKAT DI BANDAR SUNGAI PETANI, KEDAH (Construct a 4-Storey Health Clinic Type 2 located at Bandar Sungai Petani, Kedah)
  • RANCANGAN TEBATAN BANJIR LEMBANGAN SUNGAI PINANG, PULAU PINANG FASA 1 (Construct a Flood Mitigation Project located at Sungai Pinang, Pulau Pinang)
  • Additional Allowance for outstation projects (projects not located within the Selangor Area)

Job Scope & Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Able to work on the Construction Site
  • Coordinate with the Site Team, which includes : the Project Manager (PM), Site Engineers, QAQC Engineers, etc.
  • Perform Monthly Evaluation : (1) Site Progress Recording & Tracking with the Site Team, (2) Compile all the Site Progress into the Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), (3) Present IPC to the Client and Compute the Final Claimable Amount
  • Help on Project Procurement : Search for Suitable Suppliers / Subcontractors to carry out the works based on descriptions stated in the Bill of Quantities (BQ)
  • Salary will mainly based on candidates' previous working experiences & the competency of 'Job Scope & Requirements' stated above. The higher the Capability, the higher the Negotiability.

    Pay : From RM3,000.00 per month
