Job description

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to facilitate seamless communication with international clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably at least 3 years' experience in shipping / logistic industry.
  • Competent, meticulous and accurate in preparing and handling shipping documentation and operations.
  • Competency in Custom Declaration Procedure - Import & Export, leadership skill and good communication.
  • Able to work independently and work well with other department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipping operations by collaborating with customers and suppliers, coordinate both import and export shipments.
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient processing of all shipping documentation in strict compliance with company standards.
  • Overseeing warehousing activities, and coordinating loading and unloading processes to ensure punctuality and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise the customs clearance process for both import and export shipments, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as customs forms (e.g., K1, K2, K9), etc.
  • Oversee the billing process upon shipment completion, meticulously reviewing and managing vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Manage all documentation processes with precision, while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, and maintain operational integrity.
