Review, update and monitor food safety management system FSSC 22000 / Customer Standard (Internal Procedure, HACCP manual and Food safety manual) to ensure its following actual practice.
As document controller who in-charge of registration / obsolete of all FSSC22000 documents (both softcopy and hardcopy)
Arrange, involve, and assist in all regulatory audit, customer audit, supplier audit, and internal audit
Plan and arrange training (internal / external) for QAQC Departments
Assist in digitalization of document
As internal trainer for employees (GMP, HACCP, FS Policy etc)
Propose yearly budget which is related to QAQC Department
Fresh graduates or minimum Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Technology, Food / Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology or Chemistry or any equivalent field with minimum one (1) year working experience in the same level
Working experience in food industry preferably in document controller will be an added advantage
Attended GMP / HALAL / HACCP / FSSC22000 / Audit Training will be an added advantage
