Valuation Executive @ Kuantan, Pahang

Valuation Division of HBM Kuantan Office is currently seeking dynamic and career-minded individuals, including fresh graduates, to take on an exciting and challenging role. The job requires someone who is able to communicate clearly, confidently, and with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct groundwork for site inspection (i.e., identifying the location of the subject property, gathering sales evidence, and duplicating relevant plans and documents for reference).
• Responsible for preparing & compiling a full set of Valuation Reports with supervision from a Senior Valuer or Valuation Manager.
• Handle inquiries from banks, solicitors, and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
