Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Artwork Development
Conceptualize, design, and produce visual materials such as posters, buntings, banners, brochures, flyers, EDMs, and event backdrops.
Design promotional visuals for digital channels including social media, website, and e-newsletters.Support festive campaigns, tenant promotions, and event branding through creative design execution.Adapt creative artwork for various formats and sizes to meet different media requirements (print and digital).Ensure all design materials are aligned with the mall’s branding guidelines and visual identity.Advertising & Promotion SupportWork closely with the Advertising & Promotions team to develop design concepts for marketing campaigns.
Prepare visuals for media advertisements, digital screens, signages, and directories within the mall.Assist in photo editing, retouching, and layout design for marketing materials.Support in preparing presentation slides, proposals, and event mock-ups.Printing & Production CoordinationLiaise with printers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and check print-ready files, ensuring color accuracy and correct specifications.Monitor production quality and ensure all items meet design and brand standards.Design engaging graphics, GIFs, and short-form visual content for social media posting.Assist in simple video editing for online promotions or event highlights (if applicable).Ensure visual consistency across all online and offline platforms.Photography & Visual Asset ManagementAssist in event photography, product / tenant photo shoots, and visual documentation when required.
Organize and maintain the digital asset library (photos, logos, artwork templates).Administrative & Coordination DutiesMaintain artwork filing, design archives, and artwork version control.
Track and manage design requests from internal departments and tenants.Support the marketing team with any ad-hoc design needs or mall campaign requirements.Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in shopping mall or retail marketing is an advantage).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver designs under tight deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with marketing and operations teams.Knowledge of printing processes, material preparation, and color management.Photography or video editing skills will be an added advantage.Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or on-call duty as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
