Job Position : Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Full Time Position)

Job Details :

  • Salary range : MYR 2000 - MYR 3000 (depending on performance)
  • One month 6 days off. Bonus depending on performance after 1.5 years of confirmation.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Assist with admin documents
  • Have basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum education requirement : SPM.
  • Benefits : Bonus, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical and annual leave, and training provided.
  • Experience requirement : Preferably with working experience.
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English.
  • Opening hours : Weekdays from 9.30 am-6.30pm or 12-9pm; Weekends from 10-7pm
  • Other requirements : Able to work on weekends, a good team player and possess a good learning attitude.
