Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for work progress, daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and good construction practices.
• Work closely with the Site Engineer or Project Manager to ensure alignment of site activities with the overall project schedule.
• Supervise and monitor contractors’ productivity to achieve targeted productivity and time frame.
• Effective communication and coordination between Owner’s Engineer and sub-contractors.
• Maintain an up-to-date site diary, including details of daily activities, manpower, weather, deliveries, inspections, and site instructions.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship quality and ensure that construction works meet required standards and specifications.
• Identify potential safety hazards and manage them based on industry best practices and regulations.
• To liaise with procurement to manage material / equipment orders and deliveries to the site.
• Assist the PM / Construction Manager with planning work activities and organize work schedules.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
