Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our dynamic team at Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd. As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's critical IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What You’ll Do

Monitor real-time fiber network alerts and outage tickets.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues according to SOP.
Work closely with field engineers and vendors to restore services quickly.
Document incidents, update tickets, and prepare clear shift handover reports.
Support scheduled maintenance activities and track service impact.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma / Degree in IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.

Basic knowledge of fiber optic technology & networking (IP, routing, switching).

Willing to work in a 24 / 7 rotating shift (including nights / weekends).

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
