The Consultation Report Writer is responsible for producing Action Guide reports for Feng Shui consultations, ensuring accurate Date Selection for Feng Shui recommendations, and supporting the overall operations of the consultation team. This role involves close collaboration with Feng Shui consultants, administrative staff, and sales staff to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality consultation services.

Key Responsibilities :

Action Guide Report Production :

  • Compile and produce detailed Action Guide reports based on Feng Shui consultations.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Feng Shui consultants to gather necessary information and insights.

Date Selection :

  • Conduct thorough Date Selection analysis for Feng Shui recommendations provided by consultants.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to determine auspicious dates for various activities.

    • Consultation Support :

  • Provide administrative support to the consultation team as needed.

    • Operational Efficiency :

  • Identify opportunities to streamline consultation processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to consultation operations.

    • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with Feng Shui consultants to understand their needs and support their work.

    • Continuous Learning and Development :

  • Stay updated on Feng Shui principles, Date Selection techniques, and industry trends.
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.

    • Key Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience as a writer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
  • Proficiency in bilingual English and Mandarin to read bilingual report.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
