Executive (Post Development)

Overview

Overall responsibility to the Head Section to undertake product concept studies and coordinate with others on the product feasibility to sanction level; and obtain approval from authorities as part of product development.

Review and monitor all matters pertaining to design of all disciplines from Concept Design.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide input to develop product Project Inception Brief (PIB - plot identified) including project brief & feasibility in collaboration with others department, secure Pre-Feasibility approval. Test-fit concept design based on identified site.
• Carry out research on the development of the conceptual design proposal to align with the feasy numbers, conduct iterations and simulation studies for sanction.
• Arrange, coordinate & participate the presentations to the Management on design proposal and any value add to ensure that all presentation materials are in accordance with design requirement and budget.
• Review, analyze & ensure the design concepts proposed by Consultants / PD is in compliance with Design Brief and requirements.
• To ensure that potential design including design iterations are accordance to marketing advise and feasibility calculations.
