Job descriptionFresh graduates / SPM / Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. No prior experience needed — training will be provided. Must be friendly, honest, and able to work well in a team. Basic communication in English and Malay. (Chinese is a bonus but not required.) Willing to work mornings (6 : 30am onwards). Positive attitude and love for food & coffee culture. Staff meals & drinks provided. EPF / SOCSO included. Friendly working environment (small team, supportive culture). Opportunity to learn café operations (coffee, bagels, F&B basics). Off days on Sunday.
About Us
YODmilk is a local breakfast café in Taipan, Subang Jaya, serving bagels, coffee, and matcha since 2020. We're a small but passionate team, and we love serving good food and drinks to our community every morning.
Responsibilities
- Handle cashier duties : receive payments, issue receipts, manage daily cash balance.
- Take customer orders politely and accurately at the counter.
- Assist in preparing drinks (basic support for barista team when needed).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area.
- Provide friendly customer service and create a welcoming vibe for every guest.
- Work closely with teammates (Barista + Kitchen) to keep operations smooth.
