Are you a natural storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a Senior Manager, Communications & Marketing to craft and lead engaging narratives across our client's organisation. You'll be someone who loves discovering stories from the ground up, thrives in an independent role, and brings a seasoned Corporate Communications background.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver an engagement plan for the COO community.
• Craft compelling communication content – from newsletters and operational updates to quarterly offsite events.
• Design and execute internal communication strategies that support business transformation.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior stakeholders to align messaging and drive change initiatives.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to amplify communication efforts across the business.
• Track, measure, and report on the impact of engagement and communication programs.
• Create materials and manage events that foster strong internal communication.
