Job description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products.

  • ENT-neuro portfolio (2 headcounts) - to be based in Penang and Johor Bahru

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand your product portfolio, increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
  • Attend cases in OT.
  • Present and demonstrate your portfolio’s medical equipment to healthcare professionals and patients, showcasing the benefits and applications of the products.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and pre-call planning to post-sales follow-up, ensuring that your portfolio achieves consistent sales growth and market penetration.
  • Gather competitor insights and market trends to support the sales team in developing strategies that will position your portfolio effectively in the market.
  • Engage with hospitals, operating theatres, patients to promote the adoption and effective use of your products.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Science, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in ENT-neuro, urology or surgical equipment is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in product launches or introducing new solutions to the market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with hospitals, clinicians, and KOLs.

  • Passionate about sales, highly motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
  • You work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment, taking initiative to drive success.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle pre-call planning and post-sales activities.
