Service Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the regional Services client Managers team in the South East Asia Region to achieve year-over-year bookings growth, development of the selling organization, and supporting customers from the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.
This position reports to the Head of Service Sales – Asia Pacific for the services compression Business.
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, customer-focused leader dedicated to achieving our goals of meeting financial targets, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee retention, and growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute Business Target Agreements (BTA) and set sales targets. Monitors growth targets for the country and sub-region.
- Maintains an up-to-date sub-regional bookings' forecast using SFDC and sales funnel assessment.
- Ensures client-facing team effectiveness through analysis, coaching, and disciplinary coordination.
- Implements Services initiatives with individual objectives and metrics for the sales team.
- Supports the client-facing team in customer interactions and escalates complaints as needed.
- Oversees the Limits of Authority (LoA) process for compliance.
- Ensures proper training for Client Facing Teams by Product Line experts to enhance product presentation confidence.
- Drive implementation of digital tools and ensure high efficiency by utilizing new technologies and processes.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing & Sales or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent Sales & management experience.Proven experience in sales or sales support, service business with experience in driving operational excellence, and customer satisfactionStrong leadership skills and ability in implement strategic plans.Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.Fluent in English, with additional languages applicable for the assigned region being an advantage.Willingness to travel.
