Responsibilities
- Convert PR to PO on time and ensure timely PO distribution and acknowledge.
- Work closely with vendors and users to ensure on time delivery and follow up overdue PO closely.
- Close the completed PO with final delivery and invoice in BuySmart, CAPS, JDE and SAP.
- Coordinate among different stakeholders to resolve any PO related issues and invoices disputation.
- Perform daily operation in purchasing for indirect procurement in JDE, BuySmart and SAP.
- Ensure the PR raised in BuySmart, CAPS, and SAP are released for further action and approval.
- Ensure the BuySmart, CAPS, SAP and JDE purchase order is being acknowledged by the vendor.
- Work with users, vendors, and master data team on vendor / material data maintenance.
- Extract monthly KPI or other reports and present analysis.
- Follow SOP, company policies and process to ensure daily operation compliances.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by department manager / service desk accountant.
- Work with users and finance to consolidate vendor and material master information for SAP maintenance.
- Participate in global or regional projects and CI LEAN.
- Consistently review existing process and drive continuously improvement initiatives / activities.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resources material.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
