Requirements
- Minimum 2 yearS of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
- Required language(s) : English (proficient in Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage).
Responsibilities
Preparing and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconciling bank statements and accountsSupport the preparation and submission of e-invoice, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirementAssisting with the preparation periodic Accounts.Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting teamMaintaining confidentiality of financial informationCollaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingAny other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the superior to support office operations.Benefits
