Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant based in Klang, Selangor. The Account Assistant will be in charge of daily financial operations such as managing credit control, overseeing petty cash transactions, processing and recording financial data, and assisting with accounting tasks. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial records while supporting the finance team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control and managing Petty Cash operations
• Proficiency in Accounting and Finance processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized financial records
• Proficiency in accounting software and basic Microsoft Office skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Chinese and English Proficiency is required
