Team : Engineering Designation : Product Manager Job Role : Lead the strategy, roadmap, and development of AI-powered

security products, driving innovation and customer value in threat detection and response

Experience : 5+ years product management, 2+ in AI / ML or cybersecurity, B2B, SaaS launch success Job-Location : vCyberiz Sdn Bhd, Cyberjaya

Shifts : Day Shift. However, the resource may need to work Flexible Hours to

provide extended support & be available on call when required

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust).

Develop roadmaps integrating AI / ML capabilities (threat detection, anomaly analysis, automated response).

Prioritize features using Agile, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and ethical AI practices (bias mitigation, transparency).

AI-Driven Product Development

Collaborate with data scientists / engineers to build scalable AI models for threat intelligence and behavioural analytics.

Market & Customer Engagement

Engage customers to refine use cases (e.g., SOC efficiency, zero-day attack mitigation).

Conduct competitive analysis of AI-driven tools (XDR, SASE, cloud security). Lead go-to-market strategies (pricing, training, stakeholder communication).

Partner with engineering, sales, and compliance teams for product launches and regulatory adherence.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product success and integration.

Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs : threat detection accuracy, false-positive rates, user adoption. Analyse product data and feedback to iteratively improve behaviour, automation, and alignment with user expectations.

Work Experience

5+ years in product management, including 2+ years in AI / ML or cybersecurity. Proven success in launching B2B SaaS / enterprise security products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Essential Technical Skills

Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tools like SIEM / EDR. Familiarity with network protocols (SDN, NFV) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Agile mindset; proficiency in Jira, Miro, or Figma.

Desired Skills

Strategic thinker with strong communication for translating AI concepts. Experience in threat intelligence platforms or MSSP environments.

Certifications

CISSP, PMP, or AI / ML-specific credentials.

Behavioural Skills

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A strong passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
