Role : Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin)

Salary : Up to RM5,000

Start Date : 29th September

What you'll do :

Manage guest requests for hotel bookings, restaurants, spas, entertainment, and transportation

Facilitate in-room dining orders

Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, live chat, and email
