Company Overview

This is a Start-Up company with presence in Southeast Asia and has the ambitious growth plan to expand further across Asia. With continued growth plans, they are looking to hire a hands-on and entrepreneurial finance manager to join the Regional Finance team.

The New Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will lead a team overseeing financial and management reporting, month-end closing, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and managing the year-end financial audit. You will be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan, cashflow reporting, and variance analysis, and will be a key business partner to support business operations, providing insightful analysis, modelling, and forecasting for new business projects and their effects on the balance sheet and P&L.

Requirements to Succeed

The successful candidate must hold a Chartered Accountant certificate, with 8-10 years’ relevant work experience, ideally with a blend of external audit and commercial experience gained in fast-paced environments. You should have team management experience and will be an experienced user of enterprise accounting and business intelligence tools. You will have strong all-round experience in financial accounting and group reporting, with experience in cross-functional partnering and business improvement projects.
