Job description

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team at AT SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. In this full-time position based in Cheras Selangor, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering projects. Your ability to apply technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration will be instrumental in driving the success of our initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of engineering systems and infrastructure
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and propose solutions to address project challenges
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and provide updates to management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methods

What we're looking for

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related technical field

At least 2 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or infrastructure sectors

Familiar with Building Security System Services which inclusive Access Control, CCTV, Security Alarm as well as Building Management System (BMS)

Additional knowledge on Structured Copper and Fiber Optic Cabling would be an advantage

Advantages for candidate who had proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from start to finish

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

Up‑to‑date knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and best practices

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
