Boost Biz is looking for a Partnership Manager to build and grow strategic collaborations with business clubs, trade chambers, professional bodies, alumni associations, and similar organizations. Your core job is partner acquisition and stakeholder management—designing win-win programs that help members access Boost’s loan products responsibly. You won’t be selling loans directly; you’ll create, enable, and manage the partner channel that delivers the loan outcomes.
Job Descriptions
- Identify & secure partners : Source, pitch, and negotiate MOUs with chambers, clubs, and societies aligned to Boost’s target segments (SMEs, professionals, gig workers, etc.).
- Own the relationship : Serve as the primary contact for partner leadership and key stakeholders; run regular business reviews and joint planning.
- Design partnership programs : Co-create value propositions (member benefits, referral journeys, affinity offers) and tailor by segment while ensuring compliance.
- Enable the channel : Orchestrate partner onboarding, marketing toolkits, training, and referral processes (online / offline, events, webinars, QR / referral links).
- Drive activation : Plan and execute partner-led campaigns, roadshows, and content with Growth / Marketing; ensure partners actively promote to members.
- Governance & compliance : Coordinate with Risk / Legal / Compliance to meet regulatory and brand standards (e.g., fair marketing, data privacy, suitability).
- Forecast & report : Track pipeline, activation rates, referral quality, conversion, and unit economics; deliver weekly / monthly performance insights.
- Cross-functional leadership : Work with Product, Risk, Credit Ops, and CX to improve partner journeys and resolve issues quickly.
- Market intel : Maintain a view of the association’s landscape, competitor programs, and new partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
4–7+ years in partnerships, channel development, B2B alliances, or membership organizations financial services / fintech experience is a plus.Proven ability to win, structure, and scale partnerships (from outreach → negotiation → launch → growth).Strong stakeholder management with senior association leaders; confident presenter and relationship builder.Commercial acumen : able to model offers, set KPIs, and optimize economics without compromising compliance.Program management chops : can juggle multiple partners, campaigns, and timelines with clear reporting.Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable with proposals, decks, and exec updates.Nice to have : experience with SME ecosystems, professional bodies, or government-linked associations; event / webinar management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
