About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at QUADRANT TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the overall human resources functions of our organisation. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborating with managers to understand their staffing needs and providing solutions
Conducting employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Participating in strategic HR initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry

Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
