Finance Controller, Materials Group - ASEAN
Location : Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Spearhead annual budgeting and forecasting for supply chain and operations, delivering accurate financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Extensive Business Partnering with operations & supply chain team to evaluate cost‑saving initiatives by conducting financial impact analysis
- Forming part of FP&A initiatives, providing real‑time financial insights to support informed decision‑making and efficient resource allocation with particular focus on Operational Costs
- Drive Cost Reduction strategies, including fixed overhead and conversion cost savings, resulting in improved operational efficiency
- Overseeing CAPEX budgeting and ROI analysis, delivering insights on capital investments and long‑term financial impact to senior leadership
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance through effective Internal Controls Procedures execution
- Drive execution of Performance Tools to track and monitor KPIs, eg, Yield, Downtime, OT, Utilization, etc
