Your Mission
- Supervise the maintenance of full accounts for designated plantation companies, including income and deferred tax calculation and statutory audited accounts.
- Monitor day‑to‑day financial operations within the company and its subsidiaries.
- Track the financial status and performance of the company to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Prepare monthly and annual expenditure reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for designated plantation companies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Supervise SAP FICO configuration for designated plantation companies.
- Maintain detailed accounts in accordance with Group Procedures and Authorities (GPA), Plantations Division’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and applicable Malaysian accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors for the audit of designated plantation companies and prepare audited statutory accounts.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance workflow and departmental productivity.
- Perform duties as directed by superiors.
- Advise staff on routine and non‑routine financial reporting transactions.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
- Protect the company’s privacy, integrity, and value by maintaining confidentiality of information.
Ideal Candidate
Professional Accountancy Qualification and a degree in Accountancy.At least 7 years of experience in financial accounting and / or audit, with Tier‑1 ERP knowledge required.Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.Why Join Us?
