Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Handle overall site operation
To planning, monitor & coordinate of sub-contractors and other trades construction works.
Monitoring of construction progress
Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule
To plan and monitor the usage of equipment, machinery & material at site
Manage on site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management, site meeting, sub-contractor progress claim status
Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes
Recording and compiling project information as required
Plan & keep track of stock availability on site to ensure smoothly work
Planning for project development, work programmers, costing, project documentation & all related work.
To liaise and follow up with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, general public, contractor and suppliers of projects undertaken by the Company.
To prepare work program, schedule and plan for project's resources, manage the allocation efficiently.
To attend site meeting with consultants and clients; organize internal meeting with subcontractor to resolve the technical and site logistic issues.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Undertaking quality control and quality assurance of various products

Requirement :

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Must obtain valid CIDB card.

Experience in property development and construction field

Able to read and understand construction drawing

Posses good leadership & management skills.

Able to work under pressure, multi task, problem solving, independently and meet tight deadlines

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia is a mandatory.
