Job description

Requirements

  • SPM, with a preference for candidates with accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Canva, etc.) and accounting software (SQL).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Request and compile claims and receipts
  • Daily approval of system transactions
  • Compile paperwork of invoices and payment vouchers
  • Source quotations from suppliers
  • Check and reply to company emails
  • Handle correspondence with clients and vendors regarding transactions
  • Execute administrative tasks such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands
  • Apply for permits from Pinnacle management office
  • Assist in organizing internal company events
  • Maintain and update company records and databases regularly
