Requirements
- SPM, with a preference for candidates with accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Canva, etc.) and accounting software (SQL).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
Request and compile claims and receiptsDaily approval of system transactionsCompile paperwork of invoices and payment vouchersSource quotations from suppliersCheck and reply to company emailsHandle correspondence with clients and vendors regarding transactionsExecute administrative tasks such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errandsApply for permits from Pinnacle management officeAssist in organizing internal company eventsMaintain and update company records and databases regularlyBenefits
