Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts / Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you will play a role in the financial accounting and reporting functions of our organization.

Responsibilities

Handle full sets of accounts, ensure timely and accurate month end closing, reporting and submission of relevant reports.
Handle the account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales reconciliations, general ledger and inventory.
Monitor and reconcile bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
Ensure statutory and reporting compliance of accounting and taxation.
Assist in reviewing internal control measures, cost control, process and risk assessment and to recommend changes for improvements.
Assist in administrative support to the finance team as needed : purchasing, insurance, logistics, etc.
Any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role

Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficient in the use of accounting software Sage 300 (Accpac) and MS Office applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
