Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the branding / marketing team to develop innovative ideas for company branding, promotions, and marketing communications.
- Produce deliverables such as web banners, promotion banners, social media posts, and ad visuals.
- Ensure typography and design consistently meet brand and production standards.
- Produce visuals for various social media platforms.
- Facilitate communication of departmental needs with internal teams and external freelance designers.
- Evaluate and apply the latest marketing techniques to keep visual content fresh and engaging.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department, distribute project workload, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.1–2 years of designer experience.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects would be an advantage.UX / UI knowledge is a bonus.Required languages : English and Mandarin.Creative and strategic thinker with strong vision, artistic sense, and commercial orientation.Good time management and able to complete tasks within deadlines.Portfolio required if shortlisted for interview.Details
