Requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • At least 2 years of sales assistant experiences
  • Require to work during weekend and Public Holiday
  • 6 days’ work per week & Every Friday until 1pm
  • Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and customer-oriented attitude

DUTY-FREE BUSINESS

We are an award-winning Duty-Free business with multiple outlets throughout the region. Our unique and exemplary services bring our customers’ shopping experiences to another level. This includes organizing social networking events for them to connect with other customers who share similar interests and running events where experts share their knowledge on drinks and food pairings. With 1000+ liquor brands and 2500+ brands in all categories, which also includes tobacco, chocolate, perfume, cosmetics, and skincare, we have the highest number of brands in the entire Malaysian Duty-Free Industry.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Provide an excellent customer service which included warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handle customer complaints and provide professional recommendation
  • Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable retail environment for customers’ great shopping experience
  • Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
  • Assist stock replenishment and merchandising, check and record stock expiry date, and perform FIFO method
  • Support for daily stock count
  • Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to company policies
  • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current promotion, rewards programs, activities and store return, purchase quota and customs policies
  • Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics
  • Provide bagging and wrapping service for all customer purchases to ensure safe transportation
  • Assist for stock receiving and stock transfer from warehouse to outlet
  • Be the face of the company and uphold company values both in how they dress and how they interact with customers
