Job descriptionStrong leadership & people management skills. Experience in retail / HoReCa sales preferred. Willing to travel & get hands-on with the team. Target-driven and proactive problem solver. At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
What you'll do :
- Oversee sales team, merchandisers & delivery schedules.
- Track outlet sales & stock movement, ensure targets are met.
- Support new outlet openings & product launches.
- Monitor and guide sales performance across retail & HoReCa.
- Provide training, support, and occasional outstation visits.
- Drive sales execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
