Key Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise end-to-end production operations

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met

Analyze and improve production processes for better efficiency and cost control

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support overall operations

Prepare operational reports and provide solutions to resolve production issues

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry

Proficient in ERP systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin

Salary Range : RM12k - RM15k
