Requirements
- Languages : Cantonese + Mandarin + English (B2 level or higher)
- At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service or Sales experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite (remote not available)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls to support customers globally (90% English, 10% Cantonese / Mandarin).Guide customers step-by-step through online purchases or build / send custom carts.Log leads in CRM when customers cannot purchase online.Handle triage support & billing inquiries, redirecting to correct teams.Work towards achieving sales targets & call center KPIs.Preferred Skills (a plus but not mandatory)
