Job descriptionMenulis caption / post yang engaging, relevan dan konsisten dengan jenama. Mengurus jadual penerbitan kandungan di media sosial. Digital Marketing Menganalisis data pemasaran & prestasi iklan untuk penambahbaikan berterusan. Membina dan mengurus pangkalan data pelanggan (CRM / email list). Social Media Management Menjawab komen, DM dan mesej dengan responsif & profesional. Membina hubungan positif dengan komuniti online. Live Hosting Membuat persiapan sebelum live termasuk skrip, setup, promosi & rundown. Interaktif dan menarik perhatian penonton ketika live. Minima Diploma dalam Komunikasi, Media, Pemasaran atau setaraf. Mahir menggunakan Canva , CapCut , Adobe Premiere Pro atau software editing lain. Fasih & yakin bercakap di hadapan kamera (Live / Video). Kreatif, berinisiatif tinggi dan minat terhadap trend digital semasa. Berpengalaman dalam pengiklanan digital satu kelebihan (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Minat dalam sukan memanah atau gaya hidup aktif. Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan kecil & multitasking. Ada kenderaan sendiri dan sedia bekerja di tapak jika diperlukan.
Merancang, mencipta dan menyunting kandungan digital (gambar, video, poster, reels, TikTok, YouTube).
Mengurus jadual penerbitan kandungan di media sosial.
Menyusun dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran digital (FB / IG Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Membina dan mengurus pangkalan data pelanggan (CRM / email list).
Menjawab komen, DM dan mesej dengan responsif & profesional.
Membuat persiapan sebelum live termasuk skrip, setup, promosi & rundown.
Tanggungjawab
- Content Creation & Editing
Merancang, mencipta dan menyunting kandungan digital (gambar, video, poster, reels, TikTok, YouTube).
Menyusun dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran digital (FB / IG Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Mengurus dan memantau akaun media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Menjadi host untuk sesi Live Streaming (jualan, demo produk, Q&A).
