Responsibilities :
Independently conduct pre-sales related activities, include but not limited to
- client / prospect business interview
- requirement discovery and analysis
- Solution design and presentation (covered Learning management, performance management, talent management)
- Solution / System demo, able to echo client pain point and / or business scenario during the demo flow
- Client case study presentation
- Build system demo data
- Provide support on biding documents, e.g., define and write SOW (scope of work), provide solution related documents
Support on marketing activities by creating compelling contents :
System / solution presentation on marketing activitiesReview system / solution related marketing documentsQualifications :
2 – 7 working experiences in related sectors, consulting sector experience is a plus.A logical thinker and faster learner with decent presentation skills.Bachelor's degree and aboveFluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a plusDesired Skills : SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution / Consultative Selling, Team Player, Enterprise Software, Customer Engagement, Talent / HRIS / CRM Management Systems KnowledgeHighly developed presentation and product demonstration skillsStrong relationship-building expertiseProven experience of translating product functionality into client valueCompetencies needed :

Have solid knowledge and understanding of the talent management processes and systems, such as talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention.Familiar with the tools, methods, and frameworks that support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management processes and systems, such as competency models, assessments, surveys, learning platforms, analytics, and dashboards.Able to leverage technology and digital solutions to enhance and optimize the talent management processes and systems.Ethical and professional standards
