Human Resources Business Partner (APAC)

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to strengthen relationships between HR and the rest of the company.
• Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.
• Review job descriptions to ensure they adequately describe open positions.
• Brief HR recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback on recent hiring successes and challenges.
• Write and revise HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
• In charge of SG in‑house payroll in payroll system and staff invoice payment.
• Liaise with payroll vendors for monthly payroll (MY, PH, VN, TH).
• Familiar with tax submissions (SG : IR21; IR8A; Malaysia, VN).
• In charge of internal and external auditor.
• Conduct budgeting projects yearly.
