At Opencare, we are a remote first organization and we are open to applicants across North and South America for this opportunity. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and broader team to design targeted paths that help users find success in our product and increase the number of people who love their dentist.

The role focuses on designing landing pages and developing rapid experiments to engage users in meaningful ways that meet their needs.

Our Design Team’s Vision : Our Designers help people realize that visiting a dentist for preventative care is essential for overall health, and we tackle unique design challenges in the dental industry to improve user experiences.

How you’ll help us get there : As a Product Designer at Opencare, you’ll design targeted paths that help users find success in our product and increase the number of people who love their dentist. You’ll contribute to landing pages and rapid experiments, engaging users in meaningful ways and iterating based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to iterate on product opportunities and define product vision and strategy, turning them into delightful experiences for our users
• Pushing the boundaries of your pod’s UI / UX execution, rapidly prototyping solutions that are simple, elegant, and user-friendly, and iterating based on results and user feedback
• Leading design critiques, gathering and providing constructive feedback, and making influential design decisions that shape our product
• Ensuring all design work is well-documented and accessible for future reference
• Communicating across the organization to gather feedback while helping other teams improve their design thinking
