Job Responsibilities :
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including analysis and commentaries on variances
Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the group and its subsidiaries, monitoring performance against these budgets, and providing analysis and commentaries.
Preparation of corporate taxation reports and its forecast, annual tax return and annual transfer pricing documentations.
Enhance existing consolidation and reporting related processes.
Ensure the internal control and corporate governance processes are in place throughout the whole Group
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a degree in accounting or a professional qualification. A member of ACCA / CIMA / CPA or related would be an added advantage
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences.
Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with initiative to improve reporting, policies and processes.
Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines and good organization skill.
Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical skills.
Pro-active and challenge the status quo and can-do attitude.
