POSITION OVERVIEW : Software Development Analyst

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

• Business Requirements gathering with business users and sharing it with the technical team / vendor.
• Review Functional Specifications Documents (and its supporting documents) provided by vendor.
• Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Involvements in the technical discussion / solutioning of the integration related topics like network infrastructure, MFT (Managed File Transfer), Web-API etc.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Follow through the resolution and / or establish resolution plan.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
• Establish good working relationships with peers and users.
