Align account development plans with customers across all Etika Fresh Milk categories to ensure mutual growth and strategic collaboration. Ensure the yearly customer plan is executed effectively (e.g., roadshows, fairs, activations, display executions, mailer campaigns, etc.).
Act as the key representative of the company in managing all operational and accounts receivable (AR) matters with assigned key accounts.
Identify new business growth opportunities and support the Group Key Account Manager in establishing a strong foundation for major negotiations, including Trading Terms, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and category development initiatives.
Assist the Group Key Account Manager in organizing biannual business reviews with retailers.
Provide accurate sales forecasts for assigned portfolios in alignment with the Group Key Account Manager. Proactively highlight opportunities and challenges and contribute actionable insights to achieve sales targets.
Manage trade spending for assigned accounts to maximize return on investment (ROI). Oversee the end-to-end process from accruals and claims to final payments.
Deliver both sales and qualitative KPIs for below-the-line (BTL) activations. Collaborate with internal activation teams and merchandising partners to enhance in-store visibility and ensure merchandising standards are maintained in line with company guidelines.
Support the Group Key Account Manager in achieving key performance indicators, including monthly and annual Net Sales Revenue (NSR) and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
