This job is about helping customers with their needs at Junique Model Management. You might like this job because you’ll support exciting marketing projects that use fun short videos to inspire people across popular social media platforms!

Junique Model Management is a consulting company that focuses on creating curated marketing plans for our private individuals and business clients. We create powerful short-form video content to inspire and impact millions globally on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Threads.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Support : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms.
  • Customer Experience Management : Listen actively, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
  • Sales Conversion Support : Guide potential clients to purchase products and converting them to long term clients
  • Data & Order Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
  • Operational Assistance : Support operations by ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
  • Financial Handling : Assist in processing payments, transactions, and settlements accurately.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1. Providing good customer service by understanding customer's feelings and expectations on products they plan to purchase.

2. Able to work independently and obtain sales through cold calling methods.

3.Skills : Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and comfortable using various social media platforms for outreach

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English written and spoken. (Mandatory)
  • 5.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

  • No experience required. Training is provided.
