Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support the China market.
- Good command of English , both verbal and written.
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience ; OR
- Degree holders are encouraged to apply (fresh graduates welcome).
- Willing to work on-site at KL Sentral (Work at Office).
Working Location : KL sentral
Normal working hours : Rotating shift (5 work days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
Identifying potential risks to the organization, evaluating their likelihood and impact, and developing risk mitigation strategies.Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and generating reports on compliance status.Designing and implementing compliance programs to address identified risks and ensure ongoing compliance.Assisting with internal and external audits, providing data and information, and ensuring findings are addressed.Working closely with various teams, providing guidance on compliance matters, and communicating with stakeholders.Benefits
