What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and stock replenishment

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a management with beauty esthetic background

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
