Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Key Job Accountabilities :

Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, storage, and inventory management.

Ensure optimal warehouse layout, racking, and storage solutions for efficient space utilization. Implement best practices for inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch to minimize shrinkage and damages.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations.

Plan, coordinate and optimize transportation and distribution of goods as per order received to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, such as on-time deliveries and transportation costs.

Maintaining SOP procedure, documentation and records for all activity under warehouse and Logistics department.

Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Responsible to liaise with issues arise by Government sector which related to distribution operations such as Custom, MIDA, MITI if needed.

Other tasks as assigned.

Education / Experience Qualifications :

At least a Bachelor's Degree of a related field is required.

At least 5 Year(s) experience in warehouse & logistic (Import & Export) or any related field.

Other Qualifications :

Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills
