Barista

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista, both Senior / Junior to join our dynamic team at Snow Valley Enterprise in Bukit Rimau, Selangor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including properly operating and maintaining coffee equipment
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our coffee operations
