Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics with second upper class or above
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automation or industrial equipment industry
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical modelling and drafting
• Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) & DFA (Design for Assembly) principles
• Familiarity with pneumatics, and motion control systems used in industrial machinery
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and welding
• Ability to create and maintain technical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive thinking and willing to provide extended support to customers
• Enjoy learning new things and willing to accept new challenges
