We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Bilingual Specialist fluent in both Mandarin and English to support our teams in optimizing their use of Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for enhancing user experience through effective communication and training.

Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

What You'll Do :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications.

Conduct training sessions for users on best practices and features of Microsoft 365.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity using Microsoft tools.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

Develop user guides and documentation to assist with onboarding.

Analyze user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
