Project Engineer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join the team at Pneu Powders Systems Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of powder processing solutions. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects, contributing to the company's continued growth and innovation. This is a full-time position based in Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of powder processing equipment and systems

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to support project decision‑making

Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and identify potential issues

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering

(Preferred) 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the engineering or manufacturing industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects

Strong understanding of powder processing technologies, equipment, and systems

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills

Proficient in project management tools and techniques, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems
