Senior Fund Accountant

Job Requirements : -

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Commerce or Finance

Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA are highly regarded.

3-5 years' experience in accounting with a specialty in private equity, or a combination of audit / fund administration and private equity funds experience is highly regarded.

Job Scope : -

Perform trade upload, reconciliation, valuation and fee calculations for various fund types.

Prepare periodic Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculations, financial statements and associated reports;

Meet expectations of fund participants and adhere to deadlines;

Prepare / review various statements and notices including but not limited to investor capital call and distribution notices.

Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required.

Actively review and / or sign off on standard controls including : cash and asset reconciliation; and

Perform additional duties as and when assigned.
