Executive, Policy Processing

Overview

The Executive, Policy Processing is responsible for supporting the issuance and endorsement of policies across all products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLA). The role requires close coordination with business units, branches, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service to customers and intermediaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and perform issuance and endorsement processing for all products.
• Process policy / endorsement issuance in line with SLA and service standards.
• Follow up with Business Units / Branches on incomplete documentation or information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Business Units / Branches regarding policy servicing matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Support testing of new products and system enhancements.
• Handle customer (internal / external) inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Attend to walk-in customers / intermediaries’ requests and complaints as per agreed service levels.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
